His sets and productions are loaded with subsonic lines, organic structures and hypnotic minimal sounds, with deep and forceful beats. With this atmosphere of undulating rhythms, J.P brought back the underground music to the dance floor. Many people think of him as one of the dj / producers with better projection in Peru.
Jp was only 6 when he started playing instruments such as zampoña, Quena, drums, keyboards and Peruvian Cajón among others. He was present at the early of the electronic scene in Lima.
Therefore J.P. decided to give his grain of sand and help extend this new vision of minimal music; this genre was not heard so much or mixed in Lima. He was well advised then by DJs of the stature of Hugo Boccio, Israel Vich, Enrique del Carpio, since then, his music become wider finding his own style in the minimal and tech house sound.
